Greenville County Councilman Lynn Ballard is mourning the loss of his wife Debbie after she passed away Tuesday following a battle with COVID-19.According to the Greenville County Council website, Lynn has been a resident of Greenville County since 1987. Ballard represents District 26.He currently serves as vice chairman of the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee, the council liaison to the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission
