The House of Representatives is expected to vote impeach President Trump today making him the first U.S. president in history to be impeached twice. Professor Samuel Issacharoff, who teaches constitutional law at NYU’s School of Law, spoke with Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers on CBSN about the legal implications of this second impeachment and how serious these charges are.
