Troopers are investigating a fatal car crash that happened Sunday night.Trooper Joe Hovis with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said it happened on SC-14 near Pink Dill Mill Road in Greenville County.Hovis said a person was operating a Toyota, when they ran off the right side of the roadway, hit a ditch, and then a culvert, causing the vehicle to overturn.The driver was not wearing
