Tri-County Technical College in Anderson County will offer face-to-face and online courses, as well as hybrid courses that combine face-to-face and online instruction, for its fall term, which begins Aug. 17.

Most courses will be hybrid, but courses that require hands-on learning will continue in person as much as possible.
