2 chefs, 2 farms, and 2 James Beard Nominations are coming together for a one of a kind plant based culinary collaboration. Chef Adam Cooke, 2020 James Beard nominated for Best Chef Southeast, and Chef David Porras of Oak HIll Cafe, 2020 James Beard nominated for Best New Restaurant, are joining forces for an evening that celebrates the produce coming from both of their restaurants’ farms.
