SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) — Spartanburg Water has announced the closure of public boat landings, ramps and parks due to Governor McMaster’s <a href=”http://SC%20Governor%20McMaster%20orders%20the%20closure%20of%20public%20beaches,%20boat%20ramps,%20and%20waterways” target=”_blank”>executive order.</a>

Spartanburg has decided to close public access to Lake Blalock and Lake Bowen until further notice.
