Spartanburg County deputies are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man they believe to be in danger.Joel Johnson, 77, of Woodruff was last seen Wednesday around 11 a.m. driving a 2004 gold Chevrolet Impala, according to Lieutenant Kevin Bobo. The car has a South Carolina license plate with number LQY-813. Johnson suffers from dementia and type 2 diabetes, deputies said.Officials have checked
