
Covid-19 continues to spread across the state of South Carolina with DHEC reporting 4,809 new infections Thursday. Daily counts are still being impacted by internal systems issues at DHEC.

- Total Covid-19 deaths in South Carolina is now 5420
- Percent Positive rate for Covid-19 testing was 26.5% Thursday (this number should be close to 5%)
- To date, 88.6% of Covid-19 patients survive
- Greenville County reported 794 new infections
- Spartanburg reported 422 new infections
