This Friday, the city of Travelers Rest is hosting their first Travelers Rest Theatre Festival!! Te festival will present four performances of two different shows including Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream , Phantom in the Park (starring several actors who have appeared in the Broadway production of Phantom & also featuring local talent ) .
Tickets will be free, there will be raffles, other special guests and food trucks!
In addition the the Theatre Festival, Travelers Rest will also be hosting Movies in the Park every Saturday in August. Bring chairs and blankets and enjoy great food and ice cream in the park with our food truck vendors. Movies begin at dusk and are free! Please remember that alcohol is not permitted in Trailblazer Park. All movies begin around 8:30 pm.
