Hurricane Sally brought flash flooding and damaging winds to coastal Alabama as it made landfall on Wednesday, September 16, local media reported.

Downed trees, power outages, and damaged infrastructure were reported across cities along the Gulf. Part of a new bridge in Pensacola, Florida, was reported missing by Wednesday morning.

This video, provided by the Alabama Department of Transportation on Wednesday, shows an overturned semi-truck along Interstate 10 near Spanish Fort, Alabama, as wind shakes the traffic camera.

As of 10 am on Wednesday, Hurricane Sally was located about 15 miles from Pensacola and packing 80 mph winds, according to the National Hurricane Center.
