Savannah takes the St. Patrick’s Day game to a whole new level with dyed green water fountains, parades, block parties and ticketed wristband entrance to bars and restaurants. After a year of Covid-19, here’s what to expect when heading to Savannah.

Anticipate the St. Patrick’s Day celebration to start this weekend and carry on through the week with reduced numbers compared to years past. The parade on Wednesday has been cancelled and most businesses will be open operating with normal hours. Hotels and Airbnb’s will be at full capacity this week however appearance of people being bussed in from neighboring cities is expected to decrease.
