Officials with Liberty County Fire Services and the Coast Guard are trying to locate a plane that was discovered in the waters of Liberty County Monday, south of Savannah.It’s not clear how or when the plane ended up in the water, or if there is anyone on board.The tail and wing of the plane were first spotted by Liberty County Fire Services Chief Brian Darby
