Following a rally turned violent riot at the U.S. Capitol last week, security was at an all-time high ahead of Wednesday’s impeachment hearings and will remain that way until President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20. As the House opened its impeachment hearing, the District of Columbia National Guard said it had been authorized to arm troops assigned to security duty on the U.S. Capitol
