• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
• Raw sugar for sprinkling
