Panthers add three to 53-man roster 

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers on Saturday filled the three open slots on their 53-man roster by adding three players already with the club.

Carolina activated wide receiver Keith Kirkwood from the reserve/injured list. The club also signed defensive tackle Woodrow Hamilton and defensive end Austin Larkin from its practice squad.

Kirkwood suffered a clavicle injury that kept him out for most of training camp and the first few weeks of the regular season. He was designated to return in Week 4 and has now been activated before the end of his 21-day practice window. In his third season out of Temple, where he played under head coach Matt Rhule, Kirkwood has caught 13 passes for 209 yards with a pair of touchdowns in his NFL career.
