WYFF News 4 Chief Meteorologist Chris Justus says there are two systems to watch in the Atlantic. Right now, the second in the Central Atlantic looks the most threatening. By late week, a tropical system will develop near the Caribbean Islands. A slow track toward the Gulf is the most likely scenario into to the middle of next week. However, Chris said some models, including
