Scott Smith recently joined science and engineering firm SynTerra Corporation as a senior consultant.

He previously founded Smith Management Group and served as the chief of staff of the Kentucky Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet. He has developed environmental health and safety management systems, established energy reduction programs, performed compliance audits and conducted soil and groundwater remediation.
