Paul Talbert recently joined SeamonWhiteside as a senior civil engineer.

He previously worked for as a project engineer at both AVA Engineers and England-Thims & Miller in Jacksonville, Florida.

Talbert is a graduate of Jacksonville University and the University of Florida.
