Lars Gruenefeld was recently promoted to managing director of SVN | BlackStream.

He previously served as managing director of the business’s Greenville division.

As a multifamily specialist, Gruenefeld has over 15 years of experience. He started in multifamily by helping local developers and investors build new construction in the west Georgia markets, and he assisted with site acquisition and lending to deliver turnkey products to investors.
