Edward MacMillan was recently promoted to senior director of support services at IMS Solutions Group, an IT services provider.

He came to IMS Solutions Group’s parent company, Immedion, in 2015 as director of customer services to lead their 24/7/365 network operations center support team. He previously served as the manager of Charter Business sales operations.
