The Milwaukee County District Attorney has decided a Wauwatosa police officer will not face criminal charges in the shooting death of a Black teenager.Officer Joseph Mensah shot Alvin Cole, 17, in February outside Mayfair Mall.Wisconsin’s governor on Wednesday called in the National Guard ahead of the announcement to help police protect the public and infrastructure in the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa.Mensah, who is Black, was
