Monster Go Burrito Challenge in North Carolina!! - iOnGreenville: Your Guide to Greenville South Carolina

A&Z #871 – Randy Santel “Atlas” vs Go Burrito’s Monster Burrito Longboard Challenge at the Go Burrito location in Salisbury, North Carolina!! After finishing up my food challenges in Tennessee, I traveled to North Carolina where I attempted lots of delicious food challenges as part of my 2020 Southeast USA Tour. For event #1, I traveled to Salisbury, North Carolina and attempted to beat the Monster Burrito Challenge at Go Burrito which was massive but so delicious!! I had 30 minutes to finish a giant Tex-Mex burrito filled with 4 different meats plus white rice, brown rice, pinto beans, black beans, lettuce and other healthy vegetables, a spicy habanero salsa, sour cream, and more. The burrito was served wet and topped with queso cheese sauce plus red enchilada sauce, served with 2 big scoops of Go Burrito’s chips. I was trying to win my $35 burrito meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on the Wall of Fame inside the Salisbury, NC location. Thank you to the owners, management, and everyone with Go Burrito for all the wonderful food and hospitality, and to everyone who came that day to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone around the Salisbury, NC area and throughout the state of North Carolina who supports our efforts!!

Go Burrito’s Monster Burrito Longboard Challenge in Salisbury, North Carolina ($34.99):

– There are many Go Burrito locations and most of them offer this burrito challenge.
– You must schedule your burrito challenge in advance with at least 24 hours notice.
– I chose the Salisbury, North Carolina location because it was a city I haven’t been to.
– There is supposed to be only 5 burrito tortillas filled with two scoops of 4 different meats.
– The four different juicy meats are steak, chicken, shredded beef, and marinated pork.
– The base consists of 2 scoops each of white rice, brown rice, pinto beans, and black beans.
– The burrito is filled with lettuce, pico de gallo, a spicy habanero salsa, sour cream, and more.
– The burrito is served wet and topped with queso cheese sauce and red enchilada sauce.
– There is a 30 minute time limit to finish. Winners get the $35 meal free and a sweet t-shirt.
– If you win, you get on the Wall of Fame. If you lose, your photo goes on the Wall of Shame.
