The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has agreed to pay $6 million dollars to a man who was paralyzed for life after being shot by a deputy.In September of 2013, Dontrell Stephens was riding his bicycle when Deputy Adams Lin tried to stop him for a traffic offense.Video from the dash cam in Lin’s cruiser shows Stephens stop and get off his bicycle.As he walks
