A man was found dead inside an Upstate Post Office early Wednesday, according to the Oconee County Coroner’s Office.Coroner Karl Addis said Charles Edward Griffin, 64, of Walhalla, was found about 4 a.m. inside the West Union Post Office located at 190 South Highway 11.Griffin was found lying face down on the floor near the side entrance to the post office, according to Addis.Addis
