The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting.They received a call around 2:15 p.m. Sunday about a man who’d been shot at his home on Qualls Hill Drive in Westminster.The coroner said Roger Qualls, 63, died at the scene.His death is being investigated as a homicide, the coroner said.An autopsy will be performed Tuesday.
