A death in Pickens County is being investigated as a homicide, according to the Pickens County Coroner’s Office.Kandy Kelley, Pickens County Coroner, said Dustin Lee Smith of Seneca was pronounced dead this morning at 225 Ponderosa Drive early Sunday morning.
