Parasailing is hugely popular and one of the highlights is when the boat driver slows to dip the parasailing clients in the water. However, for this Jordanian man, the quick dip turned violent as a shark leapt from the water and bit his lower leg.

The victim suffered multiple tendon lacerations and reportedly lost a piece of his heel.
