Spartanburg County deputies said a man is facing charges, accused of parental kidnapping and domestic violence.Deputies said the incident happened Saturday night at the Acapulco Restaurant on Fairforest Road.According to deputies, Jose Galvez was armed with a pistol when he forcefully took a child from their mother and drove off.Deputies said a short time later, they found Galvez’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.Deputies
