Isolated thunderstorms will push through the area Monday through Wednesday dumping heavy rain at times. The main threat with the severe thunderstorms Monday will be strong winds and lightning expected in some of these storms. A strong low pressure system in the Midwest is helping to drive this instability and will drop closer to our area Tuesday. This will trigger more thunderstorms as we go
