A man put a tarp into the bed of his truck and began to fill the truck bed with gasoline. A bystander alerted the store owner and the police were called. The driver was concerned with gas shortages and wanted to get as much gasoline as possible. As he drives away, gasoline can be seen splashing out of the truck bed into the city streets.
