Spartanburg, SC (FOX Carolina) – Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol are on the scene of a fatal crash in Spartanburg County.

Troopers say the crash happened around 6:35 a.m. on Mount Shoals Road near Cross Anchor Road.
