The Greenville Drive finished their last homestand at Fluor Field with a series sweep of Asheville, and it’s a quick turnaround to see the Drive back in action in Downtown Greenville! Join us beginning on Friday, June 8th for eight games in seven days, featuring action against a pair of Southern Division rivals, as well as promotions and entertainment that are sure to entertain. This is your last chance to see the Drive in action during the first half of the season, so be sure to come on out to enjoy the action and to wish the Drive’s five South Atlantic League All-Stars good luck in the All-Star Game on June 19th.

The Drive and RiverDogs resume the Battle of the Palmetto State Rivalry Series presented by Spinx on Friday, June 8th. First pitch for the series opener is at 7:05 PM, and you’ll want to stick around after the game for the Hubbell Lighting “Light it Up” Friday Night Fireworks, featuring your favorite hits from The King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Throughout the evening, the Drive will celebrate Greenville County Schools Employee Appreciation Night to celebrate the teachers and employees for another successful school year, and all employees and teachers of the year will be recognized in between innings.
“Giddy up” to Fluor Field on Saturday, June 9th for Seinfeld Night at Fluor Field! Put on your best puffy shirt and bring along a friend (as long as he’s not the second spitter) for a fun night of Seinfeld themed trivia, games and much more. iHeart Radio will also be on hand for “Live at the Drive” with a live remote broadcast at Fluor Field, featuring Big Air Trampoline Park. First pitch is at 7:05 PM.
The Drive and SYNNEX team up once again on Sunday, June 10th for SYNNEX Share the Magic Day at Fluor Field. First pitch is at 4:05 PM. SYNNEX Share the Magic is a fundraising initiative that raises money for children who have been affected by illness, abuse or neglect. Since its inception in 2011, over $8.5 million has been raised to assist children and families in their time of need. The beneficiaries include Make-a-Wish of South Carolina, A Child’s Haven, Pendleton Place and Clement’s Kindness, which are all working daily to provide a better life for children in the Upstate. A portion of each ticket sold for the game will be donated to the cause, so be sure to join us on this special day! Stick around after the game for BlueCross BlueShield Kids Run the Bases.
Greenville Drive vs. Rome Braves: Monday, June 11th through Thursday, June 14th

The Drive will begin their series with Rome on Monday, June 11th at 7:05 PM. This homestand will be the first chance for fans to check out great new items at the concession stands and at the team store! The new Carolina Pride Hot Dog of the Month is the Hot Tot, featuring chili, jalapenos, tater tots and nacho cheese, and it will be available at the Splendid Splinter and 7th Inning Stretch stands. The Drive’s Merchandise Item of the Homestand is all Coast apparel branded merchandise, perfect for those beautiful days at the ballpark, the beach or anywhere else you spend your summer.
On Tuesday, June 12th, the Drive will welcome March of Dimes and CESA to Fluor Field. Throughout the evening, March of Dimes will be on hand for a pregame picnic and special recognition throughout the game for the moms and children who receive support from March of Dimes every day to live a healthy life. CESA will also take part in Tuesday’s festivities, as they welcome teams who are participating in the upcoming Southern President’s Cup, one of the nation’s premier soccer tournaments which begins on Tuesday night and runs through June 18th.
The Drive and Braves will play a doubleheader at Fluor Field on Wednesday, June 13th beginning at 5:00 PM. This is the perfect chance to head to the ballpark early and enjoy a great day of baseball! The second game festivities include the annual SAIL Night celebration, which celebrates the many accomplishments of youth swimmers across the Upstate. An Olympic swimmer will be announced as the special guest at a later date, and they will participate in the pregame celebration, which includes a parade of SAIL swimmers prior to the second game. During the contest, the Drive will honor SAIL swimmers who have received college scholarships and awards for their outstanding efforts this year.
The homestand concludes with Dollar Drink Night on Thursday, June 14th at Fluor Field. The drink specials begin at 6:00 PM when the gates open, and fans over 21 can go to the 500 Club to enjoy $1 Keystone Light, $2 Leinenkugel Summer Shandy, the new beer special for June, and great food to go along with your drink. $1 Pepsi products are available at each concession stand as well.
