The weekend of celebration begins on Friday, August 31st at 7:05 PM. For the fourth and final time in 2018, the Drive will suit up as the Greenville Energia as part of the “Copa de la Diversion” initiative with Minor League Baseball. This celebration of the Hispanic community will feature recognition of local Hispanic leaders, Hispanic music, and a special menu available in the 500 Club and suite level, featuring arepas con pollo, Mexican street corn and postre de chaja. Be sure to stick around for the Hubbell Lighting “Light it Up” Friday Night Fireworks featuring the music of Top Gun, the first of two fireworks shows this homestand!

Put on your cleanest suit, grab your coffee and beat the rush hour traffic to help the Drive celebrate The Office Night on Saturday, September 1st at 7:05 PM! One of the great comedies of the millennium will be given its due all game long, with the highlights including a special Drive-themed The Office video, clips from the show, special Office-themed games and much more. Saturday’s game will be the final “Thirst Inning” of the season, so visit the beer carts on the first and third base sides of the concourse during the 1st inning for $2 Budweisers!

The game on Sunday, September 2nd has a special 6:05 PM start time. The Drive are offering a special Champions Club ticket on Sunday that includes access to the Champions Club all game long, as well as food and drink, for just $30. Following the game, Fluor Field will host the final fireworks show of the year! The music for the celebration will be songs about “Home,” in celebration of the city of Greenville and the Drive’s “Our Home. Our Team.” theme for the 2018 season.

The final home game of the regular season is a Labor Day special on Monday, September 3rd at 2:05 PM. Day baseball is a throwback to the early days of our national pastime, and the Drive invite you to take part in a special Labor Day picnic beginning at 1:00 when the gates open. For just $15, you can purchase a ticket to the game and receive picnic access to the Furman On Deck Picnic Pavilion, which will include all your ballpark favorites, including hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixins, pulled pork, baked beans, chips, cole slaw and more. The Drive will also welcome teachers from Greenville County Schools as part of the Teach864 celebration, which will include on-field recognition for select Greenville County teachers, and all teachers will receive complimentary admission with their Teach864 t-shirts or their school ID. This Labor Day special is our way to thank you for another special season in Downtown Greenville, so come on out, take in a day of baseball and enjoy lunch at Fluor Field!
