Mike DeWine tested negative for COVID-19 in a second test that was administered Thursday, after the governor announced he had tested positive for COVID-19 earlier in the day.DeWine, 73, took an initial test for COVID-19 as part of the standard protocol to greet President Donald Trump on the tarmac at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, where he learned he had tested positive for
