A native of New Jersey, Reddick was lightly recruited out of Haddon Heights High School after missing most of his junior and senior years due to injury. But he walked on at Temple, where he played for head coach Matt Rhule, and made himself into All-AAC player by his senior year, setting a new conference record with 22.5 tackles for loss.
Reddick’s draft stock continued to rise after a solid performance in the Senior Bowl and he was chosen 13th overall in the first round in 2017.
