After an Uncle reported the issue, Police Officers say they found an 8-year-old sitting inside the refrigerator while her mother lay on the couch. The refrigerator door was open when police arrived.
The arrest report also states there are pictures of other incidents where The mother placed her daughter under concrete tiles on top of the bed.
The mom claims she was trying to protect the girl from radiation in the apartment.
