Yoga at Joi Natural Wellness

Details Class will be led by Brianna (Bri) Rhea. Come enjoy a FREE 50 minute, all levels YOGA class. Flow through movement and relax into the space found within the mind, body and soul. These classes will introduce foundational yoga postures, teach you how to breathe, and help you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice–on and off the mat. These classes will move at a slower pace, to ensure correct posture and alignment and expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
