New to yoga? Not sure where to start? Or maybe you just want to fine tune your alignment and understanding of foundational poses. This class is for you! Learn proper alignment skills required to safely practice basic yoga poses that are featured in our Gentle Zen Flow and Zen Flow classes. These poses are the foundation for a sound and intelligent yoga practice, so get ’em right from the start to help you explore your yoga practice.
This class will run for 6 weeks beginning on Monday, January 8th-February 12, 2018.
