Winter Yoga Series – Feb 24th

Join us for FREE all-levels yoga classes this winter! Class will be led by a certified yoga instructor! Class will bring a special focus on building balance strength and flexibility for runners. We will have an optional FREE Group Run leaving from the store at 7:30 AM followed by Yoga at 8:30 AM Class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) so be sure to grab yours before you head out the door in the morning!
