Run to Reset Saturday Morning

Join us and our friends from Run In & Shred 415 and run to reset. Meet us at the lululemon storefront to start your new year with intention. Run will begin with a pre-run intention setting. From there, we will head out on your choice of a 1.5 or 3 mile run ending back at lululemon. Stick around for a post run hydration and meditation stretch sesh. Runners are encouraged to shed their anchor points (gps watches, headphones, music, etc) and tune into their surroundings or engage in conversation with their fellow runners.
