Does your child dream of having their own restaurant one day?? Let them! In this 4 day camp, your child will learn the ins and outs of the kitchen! At the end of the week, they will cook and serve their parents like professionals!
Day one: Front of House
Your child will learn how to properly set a table, napkin folds, and the proper way to serve guest. Participants will be divided into two groups. They will also come up with a resturant name, and menu that they would like to cook on the last day of camp.
Day two: Back of the House
Your child will learn proper cooking and plating techniques to exectue their dishes on the last day of camp.
The first group of participants will cook their dishes for their parents while the second group serves them.
The second group of participants will cook their dishes for their parents while the first group serves them.
Participants will be preparing their lunch for the week!
