Lift, Hold, Quake, Repeat. Raisedbarre strikes the perfect balance between hard work and FUN in a structured, full-body workout. Come grab the barre… and a BEER! $10 per person includes a 10-11am workout and a pint of your favorite Tetrad craft beer. All are welcome! Raisedbarre owner (and our favorite “Barre Maid”), Michelle, will get you sweating no matter WHO you are and what your ability level is! No registration necessary.

Raisedbarre is not your typical barre class. It is a high energy, no impact class built on pilates based fundamental movements. It is set to the current hit music that you love presented in the 32 count format which is common to step aerobics classes. The result is an intense, high energy class that safely and effectively targets the core musculature. Expect improved posture, increased functional strength, and a slimming and tightening of the waistline.

Raisedbarre at the Brewhouse is an indoor workout. Social distancing will be maintained along the barre during the workout and a mask will be required for any “off barre” socializing. Please bring your own mat – if you choose to remove your shoes you will be using this to step on. Additional equipment options will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own set of handweights (between 2-5lbs is recommended). Most of the workout utilizes one’s own body weight.
