Online free TRX classes

Classes will be offered via Facebook Live and recorded for viewing later on YouTube. Monday & Wednesday at 6am TRX Class (equipment needed: TRX straps) TRX is a form of suspension training that uses exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer (yellow and black bands), a performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. Your instructor will be Melissa Metcalf Le Roy, assistant to Dr. Joseph V. Picone. Melissa is a certified Yoga Instructor, TRX Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. You can join her for the following classes at the following dates and times.
