It’s that time of year again! The Oconee Cultivation Project (OCP) is pleased to invite you to its second annual Spring Soirée fundraiser. This year our theme is Celebrating Community Roots, and guests will enjoy a regionally-inspired evening of live music performed by Regina Basin, hors d’oeurves and desserts from local farms and restaurants, and two drink tickets for wine or seasonal ales from award-winning brewery Carolina Bauernhaus Ales of Anderson.
OCP provides educational opportunities in sustainable agriculture and culinary practices to local youth through its flagship program, CultivaTeen. Our vibrant team of talented crew leaders and workshop volunteers imparts skills to encourage lifelong learning and engagment in our community as teen crew members work to achieve goals in the garden and kitchen.
All proceeds go to support the 2018 CultivaTeen program, which we offer to youth in our area free of charge. With your support, we can provide the supplies for crew members as they embark on their six-week journey. Join us on Saturday, April 14th at the Westminster Music Centre for a memorable evening to support Oconee’s youth!
