So start your day off right and join us in quieting our minds with a 20 minute meditation class, followed by 1 hour restorative yoga with a focus on breath work surrounded by more than 30 cats. ALL levels and ALL bodies are welcome! 🧘♀️🧘♂️
You can stay as long as you like afterwards and enjoy a free drink while cuddling our furry friends!
Admission is $20, or you can pre-register (at least 24 hours in advance) by email, facebook message or by stopping by at the cafe to receive a $5 discount!
