This Pulitzer nominated classic provides us with a radical departure from many of our recent productions and a perfect way to bring our 40th Summer Theatre Season to a close. This brilliantly written romantic story begins in the late 1930’s featuring a series of letters that chart the forty-year long relationship between two friends, Andrew Ladd and Melissa Gardner from privileged adolescence to adulthood and the circumstances that keep them apart. Both funny and touching, Love Letters will feature a different cast of veteran Opera House performers sharing the stage for each performance – guaranteeing that each show will be different and will come alive with brilliant acting and a rich and vibrant energy.
