Come and experience the beauty of the Garden with a yoga class that is perfect for all levels! Vanessa Bonet, RYT 200, will guide you to explore breath and alignment while you transition between poses and direct your attention to different parts of your body.
The first portion of the class will begin with a basic set of gentle warm ups and breathwork, followed by standing postures and a slower-paced flow of several rounds of half Sun Salutations. Yoga props will be available to help you find ease in the poses. Hands-on adjustments and modifications will be offered. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Come to one of the classes or to all! $40 for all 4 classes or $12 to drop-in. Classes are held on Tuesdays, June 4,11,18, and 25.
