Covid-19 and Your Child: QA Dr. Geeta Nangia

Last Monday, we had a QA with a local counselor, but many of our reader questions concerned children and their mental health. In response, we have asked Dr. Geeta Nangia, a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Parkside Pediatrics to come on this Monday to address questions about children and mental health right now. We plan to tackle topics such as how to talk to your children about the coronavirus, how to reduce your children's mental stress, how to deal with children's anxiety/sadness/meltdowns right now, and how to strike a balance between schoolwork and mental health. Do you have a question? Post it below and we'll try to answer it tomorrow. About Dr. Nangia: Dr. Geeta Nangia is a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Parkside Pediatrics who works with children and families of all ages.
