Local Legends is the Alchemy Comedy Theater’s flagship weekly improv show. Every Friday night at 9:00pm, a different local legend (person of note) tells their own local legends (personal stories) to inspire this fully improvised show.
Tonight’s show features stories from Ramón Neives-Lugo (UniComm Media Group):
Operating the first full-service Hispanic marketing, advertising and event management firm in South Carolina, Ramón is a recognized authority on multicultural marketing and brand communication. A Puerto Rican native, Ramón understands the importance of knowing the different cultures represented in our region and how to elevate brands by building strong and meaningful relationships.
Currently, Ramón is the Chair Elect of the Greenville Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council and Vice Chair of the United Way of Greenville County’s Latinos United Leadership Group. He is also a board member for Fall For Greenville, the largest food and music festival in the Upstate, and on the Greenville Chamber’s Pulse Marketing Committee. Over the last 10 years, Ramón has served on the Greenville County Human Relations Commission, A Child’s Haven, Upstate Transit Coalition, The Children’s Trust of South Carolina, GHS Children’s Hospital Community Advisory Board, and Michelin Development Corporation Steering Committee. In his spare time, Ramón spends time with his wife Alicia, likes to see a good movie and is a car enthusiast.
