Take this culinary journey with a Middle Eastern flare

Chef Tazia will take you on a healthy culinary journey with this fabulous Lebanese menu of:

Appetizer #1 Baba ganoush- similar to hummus but made with a delicious blend of roasted egg plant, lemon, olive oil, and garlic. Appetizer course #2: Hummus Beiruti: Similar to a traditional hummus, this Lebanese hummus is made with chickpeas, olive oil, lots of garlic, yogurt, and lots of spices. Salad Course: Fattoush- a colorful and hearty Lebanese salad with pita bread. Similar to panzanella Main course: Tabouleh topped with falafel and served with a lemon tahini vinaigrette- another colorful Lebanese salad made with mint, bulgar wheat, and lemon and topped with deep fried falafel balls (chickpea batter) served with a lemon vinaigrette

A 48 cancellation notice is required for refund. Cost for this class is $55/person

**Due to Covid-19 we will be taking precautions with temperature checks upon arrival, frequent hand washing, sanitizer, gloves, distancing, as well as each participant working on their own individual meal. It is our goal to keep everyone safe.
